Waterproofing and sealing cracks in concrete will stop your cement from deteriorating over time from being exposed to the elements. Concrete often develops cracks as a result of temperature changes. The cement will expand and contract more if proper joints are not cut into the slabs to allow expansion and contraction.

If you have cracks already in your concrete floor we can help prevent further damage from occurring by cutting new expansion joints into the slab. To cover up existing cracks we can fill them with an epoxy injection solution that will help strengthen and level your surface again. If you do not like the look of the filled crack, you can consider placing custom embedded floor graphics or company logos over the crack or damaged area to help make it less noticeable.

Sealing the cement with a waterproofing system adds a layer of protection if no moisture barrier was installed under the concrete slab. This is common for concrete floors poured 35 years ago. Mitigating the moisture is not something you should attempt on your own. It requires someone who is experience and knowledgeable so that you don’t have a more serious problem down the road including concrete slab failure or mold and mildew problems.
